Recently Tripura government headed under Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb had recently joined hands with Bengaluru aviation to start Air Asia network with major centers like Kolkata and Delhi including many after close speculation on passengers’ necessity.
The reason simply is that Air Asia air networking appears more cost effective for Northeast people which started its first base in Guwahati followed with Manipur’s Imphal base where Tripura going to be their third target that is to go on operation from October fourth Week.
There are lots of work to go on floor to set up Tripura base by Air Asia which is headquartered in Bangalore where Airport Authority of India official confirms about success in its initial major hurdle in recruiting staff for its new Northeast ground base.
