Arogya Health Welfare Project Against Challenging Diseases In Guwahati


Communicable diseases people are commonly aware but the hidden challenges of non-communicable diseases (NCD) with present detection 51.2% are yet to make aware to the community of the state through the Voluntary Health Association of India (VHAI) and Lal PathLabs Foundation with recent launch of Arogya project in Kamrup (Metro) district to control such health issues.


It is a serious matter of concern with 51.2% growth rate of NCD in Assam where Arogya project is rightly positioned by the government under VHAI and Lal PathLabs for early detection and effective measures for proper diagnosis through spread of awareness program and sanitation value highlight in public places to keep the society free from NCD attack.


Arogya to facilitate people to diagnosis on NCD through screening and testing and direct proper food habits for the affected to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that they remain abstain from such diseases in the future.
