Progress in farmer's outcome from their hard input
could be estimated how successfully Assam State Seeds Certification Agency
(ASSCA) carries out their scheme in various districts of the state by erecting
seed villages with people's participation depending their livelihood on it.
Already ASSCA has set up in
sixteen districts about 201 seed villages where a new scheme has been added to improve
quality agro products with distribution of 53,000 quintal of certified seeds
with following varieties like TS-36, TS-38 and JD-6.
