It is a happy moment for
state's employees with fresh 6% additional dearness allowance announcement by
the State Government.
According to Assam Finance
Minister Himanta Biswas Sharma this 6% DA will become effective from this year
on 1st November.
To add this cheer on state
government employees the authority will have to flush Rs 300 crore annually
where Himanta Biswa Sarma mentioned that reports from the State Pay Commission
will arrive on 20th November. Including salary and pension for government
employees, the Assam government's annual expenditure extends to Rs 30,000 crore
according to minister Sarma.
