It is a wonder that Tripura as a state has been maintaining its population in low figure whereas its literacy rate has escalated to 85%.

Recently as per to the Sample Registration Survey report Tripura has been maintaining for decades their reduced figure in population. In contradictory the population of Assam from Northeast signifies remarkable growth of 3.09 crores whereas Tripura stands with 36.6 lakhs population.

Indigo’s Squeeze In Fleet Size Policy Is Not Found Befitted In Tripura’s Aviation Agenda

On economic ground when the aircraft Indigo planned to implement its new strategy to carry in more passengers with ply of larger capacity flight, cutting down other flight numbers the Tripura’s Chief Minister found it inappropriate against state’s aviation agenda.

Recently the Tripura’s Chief Minister Biplap Kumar Dey called in the aviation ministry to emphasize more flights for the busiest Kolkata and Agartala air route. Attractive Indigo offer with low yields, outgrowing figure of its flights and bigger capacity are forcing out many other flight operators to take the challenge and withdraw its services. Since it will affect Tripura’s aviation process so the CM Biplap Kumar Dey has asked its aviation ministry to take immediate action against any airline exploitation by Indigo’s statistic.

Is It Goddesses Durga’s Blessing For Tripura?

Is It goddesses Durga’s blessing For Tripura, people wonder and some believe when 300-400 years dated back black stone Sheetla Mata idol was found at 5.5 feet depth at the premises of Rabindra Sangha during the erection of Durga puja pandal at Udaipur in Gomti district.

On people ‘s request and believe the Archaeological survey of India (ASI) group did not seize the state’s property as they know that it will be best maintained in public’s hand if they placed in a temple as presently the state does not have proper infrastructure to maintain such historical monuments. It is not the first case but Tripura has many ancient stories hidden in its depth.

It was on July 30^th when Sheetla Mata’s idol was unearthed from 5.5 feet depth at the premises of Rabindra Sangha and today after three months now the deity has a well built permanent home to reside where even a priest ritually follows prayers  in this temple. Crowd of curious devotees throng in to the temple everyday to worship the goddess of health who cures all viral diseases like pox and fever etc. Sheetla Mata who trades on a donkey with broom, medicinal herbs and water pot is stated to be an incarnation of Parvati the consort of lord Shiva. She was born in Magdha, Bihar Sharif but is popular in north, West Bengal, east and south of India also.

Tripura’s Precious Archeological Materials Are Absorbed In Temples

Tripura’s precious archaeological materials are absorbed in Temples as currently there is no proper infrastructure to room in huge excavated materials that are dated within 300 to 400 years according to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).

The most recent case of abandoning valuable historical property is this year’s sandstone sculpted Sheetla Mata idol that is dated to be 300 years old. The reason behind for not procuring the state’s property by the ASI  as people’s sentiment’s was connected to it. The idol was believed to be the grace of the Goddess according to its local as it was unearthed from the premise of Rabindra Sangha committee where favorably Durga puja is conducted. So the committee’s priest and local public of Udaipur refrained from allotting the scared historical piece to the archaeological group who came for verification.  

Apart from the latest 2018 excavation case in an another incident many years back a precious slate stone was possessed by the committee of Jaganath Temple, Udaipur in Tripura which till date the government has failed to recover from them. In 1990 the ancient Suryadev idol which is a representation of Sun God was possessed by a committee of a temple when the government people did not claim for it after being excavated.

According to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) body they are planning to restore back all the historical items once the set up of museum infrastructure near Buddhist ruins is erected. If the government initiates excavation work in full swing along with the centre’s support then Tripura can revive back many historical memories sealed under the earth of Fulkumari, Udaipur, Gakulpur and Badarmokam areas of it.

Golden Forest India Limited (GFIL) proposes to return back investors money which is in due for years under supreme court’s order to return 700 crore to 14 lakh investors, reviving hope for the public who had lost their huge invested money in the attempt of greater return.

Decade back Golden Forest had promising future this non-banking financial company lured many investors in the hope of huge return but later in 90’s they ceased abruptly without any warning.

But now again after many decades the Golden Forest division Mumbai has set to release all the money that they had held back for so many years and asked their consumers to provide their details through online in rest of India. Since they don’t have any base now in other region except for Mumbai.

The Northeast Golden Forest consumers can apply online at its complaint category. Applicant has to enter correctly the name/ amount/ receipt number from the original receipt copy provided to the customer by the GFIL company.

The Receipt number suppose is LS/ 97/ 86319 then it should not be confused with Account Number written in alpha numeric as LSB422385 when entering in the form else it will report as invalid. Dates for application may extend but the given date is 31^st October.
