Tripura on the advent of free and fair polling with maximum turn of authentic voters in its numerous constituencies will equip all poll stations with video recording, CCTV cameras and mobile so that the record of any suspicious footage could be detected and passed to the District Election Officers.
First in India a state has introduced such hi-tech measure with 100 per cent webcast implementation at the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections in 2019 according to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sriram Taranikanti
