This year 2019 NIT Meghalaya’s
'SHISHIR' cultural event that is proclaimed to be the biggest fest of the state
will be studded with more renowned celebrities to boost the spirit of this jovial moment at Bijni Complex venue of
Laitumkhrah in the state's capital city Shillong from 5th - 6th April.
