Hima Das Fiery Performances Seems To Have Added More Crackers Of Joy At Asian Games 2018

There was never been such a fiery action from Indian athletes in any competitive sports event just like in Asian Games 2018, Jakarta, Indonesia after the stunning victory of Him Das at World U20 Championship at Tampere in Finland.

Thud came next gold to India when Vinesh Phogat took over her Japanes opponent Yaki Ire at 50 kg female wrestling match by finishing a clear score of 6-2 victory. Saurabh Chaudhury next to make India proud with clinch of gold in 10m Air Rifle shooting.

India with army of ace sports men of 312 and 260 women at this 36th Asian Games, Assam has for the first time emerged with six dynamic athletes like Ashmia Chaliha a powerful left hand badminton player who is specially trained under experts like Edwin Iriawan and Suranjan Bhobora. Rodali Baruah twice national gold medallists in Taekwondo, Kabita Devi in Fencing, Hima Das in Rally Race, Pramila Daimary in Archery and Shiva Thapa in Boxing. State players had been groomed well by Assam’s sports department to make India proud in Asian Games 2018.
