In a recent case in Meghalaya, India the crime patrol had sneaked peaked
into the house of Sohan D Shira the chief of the Garo National Liberation Army
(GNLA) unaware and seized passbooks apart from freezing its bank accounts.
Since 8th November sanction of demonetization of old notes in
