Rajya Sabha had ratified it barely after ten day’s scrutiny under quick
scrutiny of Sarbananda Sonowal to attract investors in state’s rich natural
resources.
Being the first
Indian state assembly to do so, the urgency of Chief Minister Sarbananda
Sonowal to pass the GST Bill is quite obvious after ongoing sessions at Rajya
Sabha to make India as attractive zone for foreign investors.
