The
thrill of Assam’s people has come to an end when they finally got the glimpse
of Hima Das the national champ and golden girl of India at Borjhar
International airport, Guwahati where throughout the road her neck was tied
deep with traditional Gamosas as like garlands showered over her by her eager
fans.
Fighting
against the odds of heated sun, people thronged the road where HIma Das vehicle
made entry. Hima Das at one point was seen moving out of the car to shower her
respect to her state by lighting a lamp by a planted sapling to make her
proceed to her destination Srimanta Shankardev Kalakshetra.
