Manipur Chief Minister Nongthombam Biren Singh on his step into state’s leadership role this is the first effective step he has undertaken to minimize the electricity rate burden for penalty avoidance with implementation of prepaid system soon in 295 remote areas for mass providence.

Especially remote hill zones of Manipur are debarred from proper electric supply where with government’s new development schemes the high mass lighting system will cover its hill zones at district to sub-divisional head quarters.

To electrify max power debarred zones, the Biren Singh lead BJP government ensures other progressive work in the state with strong centre support to help set up required infrastructure in public places including modification of popular women markets at its hill districts.

Chief Minister Biren is believed to be a hard working and futuristic outlook persona, committed to his land and people’s development  according to the President of ‘Tangkhul Naga Wungnao Long’ Sweeten Raihing.

Changing Time Complexity Cope Up, Nagaland Authority Emphasis On Law Awareness

Nagaland State Legal Services Authority in the necessity to make people understand their rights under Government’s privilege, a special training session will be provided to the Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) under authorized lawyer to impart knowledge on it to the greater mass of the state.

The objective of training is to enable PLVs to act as semi – lawyer in providing free legal aid to greater mass in various sectors like church, students, general public and village council of Nagaland. PLVs group of trainee will be supervised under experienced hands in law domain of the state to ensure that they deliver the right guideline to the public on constitutional laws.

On this legal mission of Nagaland the main focus is given to Article 39A highlighting on right to free legal aid to access fair justice to people in need irrespective of any class.

Arunachal Pradesh Focuses On Refugee Rights For Community Welfare And Peace

It is in the best interest of community welfare and peace of the region, Arunchal Pradesh understanding the growing issue of refugee in India arranged a two days national seminar on it at the Political Science Department of St. Francis De Sales College under Head of Department Reyom Ete where noted intellectuals and researchers from the country participated to share their views.

In this seminar on India’s refugee issues, papers and views were shared by intellectuals to understand how to safeguard the indigenous population from conflicts arising out of outsiders in their base and create peace by implementing protective laws.

On this occasion Advocate Bineesh Kumar KS of Amity University, Delhi, Reyom Ete of SFS, Aalo, Joba Riba and Hage Yamang (DPGC, Kamki), Rinki Babin of RGU, Amritnath SB, Research Scholar, Kings College London and other intellectuals emphasized on the necessity of creating a legislation to protect human rights of the refugees.

As a whole on the scenario of refugees in India, Reyom Ete of SFS highlighted on the “Status of Refugee in India: A critical analysis” whereas Praduyt Dey came up with the concept of “Refugee crisis in India and its obligation for protection”.
