Nagaland State Legal Services Authority in
the necessity to make people understand their rights under Government’s
privilege, a special training session will be provided to the Para Legal
Volunteers (PLVs) under authorized lawyer to impart knowledge on it to the
greater mass of the state.
The
objective of training is to enable PLVs to act as semi – lawyer in providing
free legal aid to greater mass in various sectors like church, students,
general public and village council of Nagaland. PLVs group of trainee will be
supervised under experienced hands in law domain of the state to ensure that
they deliver the right guideline to the public on constitutional laws.
On this legal mission of Nagaland the main
focus is given to Article 39A highlighting on right to free legal aid to access
fair justice to people in need irrespective of any class.
