Kiren Rijiju Determines To Clear Pending Scheme For Overall Northeast Development



Lamenting insurgency diversification for better lifestyle pursuit in Northeastern states that has numbed its development rate, Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju determined to clear out pending schemes that would give new angle for its progress and to revive law and order.


Prioritizing on economic development of Northeast, Kiren Rijiju at Dawki for the Integrated Check Post foundation stone function pointed out that the region has enough potentiality to prosper as it can trade relation with foreign nations at it boundaries. It is the medium to target easily international market and bring prosperity to Northeast.


Pointing out that upsurge of violence due to insurgency activities has far worsen Northeast’s economic development as the pace of progress has sloped a lot due to negative portrayal as unsafe and disturbed region for any venture. Peace and law and order have to be maintained as there is no other alternative for progress of Northeast according to Kiren Rijiju.



In a promising note Kiren Rijiju mentioned that as earliest as possible he would make proper land communication to Dawki and ICP which are in frail condition by initiating talks with the State Government and the NHAI.
