Connectivity Resume Back in Arunachal Border

Roads battered by rain and heavy wheels had earlier collapsed complete communication between the border army and the public of Upper Subansiri district, Arunachal Pradesh which recently resumed to normalcy after successful repair of Daporiji Tahila bridge.

It was a gigantic task for the Arunachal, Border Roads Organization (BRO) to repair 190 feet Bailey bridge on Daporiji road. Since Daporiji road connected by Bailey bridge is considered as the lifeline between the border and Subansiri district, it caused immense woes to the public after depletion.

Still much work left to be done to give a complete uplift to this road battered intensely by bad weather condition and ply of heavy vehicles. This Bailey bridge connecting the border area and rest of the districts is observed as highly traffic concentrated junction. The Task Force lead by Project Arunank eased the abrupt in communication by completing the major repair under adverse weather condition. Ensuring life resume to normalcy.
