Prepared simply with onion, fenugreek turmeric, salt and dry chillis which are sautéed at high heat before bringing the flame to medium level. Raise the flame later to bring the water to boil and seal airtight bringing down the flame, cook till the gravy thickens slightly to help loosen the cluttered rice and for easy swallow.
