Live FaceBook Speaker Assam MLA Suspended For Assembly Ethics Sideline



It is a state’s offence to break Assembly’s Ethics and to present live speech without House speaker’s permission on facebook social media due to which the opposition MLA Aminul Islam from AIUDF (All India United Democratic Front) was imposed with three days suspension from Assam Assembly.


It is the first of the kind such bold act has been attempted in India may be which went viral when MLA Islam went with ‘live’ speech from the House on 3rd February to avail access on inside house scenario to his constituency people on to which Parliamentary Affairs minister Chandra Mohan Patowary immediately asked the speaker to take action against such unauthorized House proceedings.



Speaker Hitendra Nath Goswami on the version of Assembly’s Ethics Committee on the entire issue had sanctioned order of three days suspension of the MLA.

Ajanta Neog Quizzed In After Akon Bora and Gautam Roy On Money Laundering Act


On a suspected scam investigation issued by Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal in Social Welfare department where former Congress members Akon Bora and Gautam Roy were quizzed for illicit handling of funds including Ajanta Neog.


A case of dispatching 9 lakh for 15 years from welfare fund account for non-existent children in Anganwadi Centres was highlighted by Chief Minister Sonowal on to which vigilance has driven former Congress minister Ajanta Neog for interrogation on to which she co-operated for two hours.

NEID And MNDF Can Daunt Congress and BJP's Confidence For Manipur's Win


Election scenario in Manipur looks quite dubious as aspirants wanting to contest are looking out of the closet of the existent dominant parties like Congress and BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) and are getting merged in NEID (North East India Development Party) and MNDF(Manipur National Democratic Front).

Slower issuance of tickets from Congress and BJP parties of Manipur have irked aspirant candidate's patience and made them to opt for different parties.

Violation Of Laborer’s Rights By Tea Gardeners Can Land Them In Trouble Marks TTW Minister Pallab Lochan Das


It is not about irregularities of rice but also about wages that are tracked in numbers of tea gardens of Assam which issues have been raised by the Tea Tribes Welfare Minister Pallab Lochan Das and warned sever action against the owners.



It was alleged by Minister Pallab Das that tea gardeners are not maintaining laws as per to the Plantation Labour Act and mentioned that such continued violation of laborer’s rights in the future would not be taken for granted.

Kaziranga Apart Encroachment Threat Looms In Four Assam National Parks


It is observed that within 5 year’s span four national parks of Assam experienced threats from encroachment due to which 99 elephants had lost their lives for battling into the human territory in search of food excluding Kaziranga.


Assam forest and environment minister Pramila Rani Brahma clarified that currently Nameri holds encroachment area of five sq km, Manas holds 31 sq km encroachment land, and Orang with 2.35 sq km.


According to the minister Pramila Rani if not for encroachment areas, animals would not in-filter into human zones causing panic to lives where animals holds higher casualty cases arising from train accidents, poaching, electrocution and poisoning cases during the phase of 2012 to 2016.



Encroachment has not only adversely impacted on animal lives but also on human lives and precious national treasure rhino horns during the phase of 2012-2016 according the minister Brahma. 

Forensic Lab Installation For Control On Highest Cell Phonic Crime Rate


Cell phonic crime rates in the state and global is high where Assam police has initiated an effective measure to install a forensic laboratory on mobile phone to help successful detection on clues to give an edge to its investigation process.


This initiative will enable fast analytical data output through digital process according to the perception of Mukesh Sahay the director-general of Assam Police on cell laboratory installation by the security department of the state.


It is in the aid of the Union ministry of electronics and information technology and C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) the state police department is to set up this high end technology based forensic laboratory in the capital city Guwahati to tap down crime threats.


Mobile with sophisticated support for Internet-based software tools has hyped complicacies in crime investigation with added upsurge in criminal rates (be it virtual or real) apart from intensity of causing damage to users devices through Bluetooth virus transmission.


This initiative for enabling Assam police department staff to adapt effective high end process to handle crime is to bring out successful outcome from Guwahati cyber labs installation. Before making major spread out of this digitalized forensic process in seven police ranges like Guwahati, Silchar, Bongaigaon, Jorhat, Diphu, Kokrajhar and Tezpur to fast track crime roots.

Assam Police Department need to fill the void of digital expertise to comb crime with effective result according to Sahay due to which this concept of forensic laboratory set up has been initiated.



Instead of extending hands for support in cyber crime control outside the state, now with the aid of the IT Department of the Centre and government of Assam the forensic investigation could be processed in the city according to Sahay.
