Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda
Sonwal made a sudden visit by stepping down from his VIP seat to trade on to the unmanned
road that is under NHIDCL’s (National Highway And Infrastructure Development
Corporation Limited) construction and displayed his fury with cold
warning if his said deadline is not reached by the engineers on duty and
thanked the media who were on the spot for highlighting on such issues.
Assam Media has done a great job
by keeping tap on government’s promised development projects' process and lapses through which
the Ministers from distance can keep a tap on how financial allotment are being
implemented in an effective manner for progressive execution of government's development
project.
Chief Minister Sarbananda did not
entertain the engineers appointed for NHIDCL road development projects for taking advantage of monsoon’s rainy condition and warned that the project’s process should speed up and be ready by his said time frame else he
would not take the matter easily.
