Arunachal Pradesh’s New ‘Silicon Valley’ Dream



Arunachal Pradesh likely to give its most sought ‘Silicon Valley’ dream in the coming future with Information Technology’s (IT) new wireless or wifi or digital projects after the first phase of paperless execution in government sector.


Parliamentary Secretary for IT, Pherpa Tsering asserts that Arunachal’s wifi initiative to play as a big ‘game changer’ in transforming government work set up in hi-fi mode. In respect to Pherpa Tsering ‘s note this first step to wireless IT initiative, the Sate Council for IT and e-governace chairman Lyabriel D Wangsu marked it as a big step in materializing A.P’s ‘Silicon Valley’ dream.


According to Chief Minister Pema Khandu  the progress work on new transform outlook activity for A.P’s Itanagar and Naharlagun capital complex as core wifi centric zone for avail of free online connectivity is primarily to achieve initial objective of paperless execution in government sector to ensure proper maintenance of transparency and accountability and simultaneously enabling citizens to take privilege in it.



Key players in materializing the progress of faster pace digital work in the state and advancement into A.P’s  ‘Silicon Valley’ dream the IT  (InformationTechnology) and National information Centre (NIC) effort were given a big pat by Wi-fi (local area network )LAN at the State Civil Secretariat of the state.
