As New Delhi Banking Ombudsman office shot highest complaint rate following Mumbai next where Assam banking ombudsman office had least rate.
Shockingly the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) revealed that total 102,894 complaints had been registered from 15 of its banking ombudsman offices.
Reason simply was due to the introduction of various technology-based banking products and services which landed RBI in trouble of complaints.
