On 7th July, 2016 the Guahati city of Assam, India appears like the replica of Venice city of Italy from an aerial view. But the truth is Guahati do not follow such lifestyle daily. It is a flood havoc created by a flash of rain. For the first time Guahati city recorded such havoc play by rain in all parts of its regions with different scale cms of downpour.
