According to BJP government of Assam to make ruling more effective to erect Secretariat office and Raj Bhawan double as Dibrugarh and Tezpur has become an economic and cultural hub.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has thought of switching off from Guwahati for short brief for better decision making so a permanent Secretariat office in Tezpur and raj Bhawan in Dibrugarh to set soon.
