Bringing to light on the ongoing process of earth cutting process for construction process by the encroachers dwelling in the nearby areas the environment activist Rohit Choudhury pleaded the Supreme Court of India to initiate legal action against the Chief Secretary of the Sate and seventeen government officials.
Despite being warned against the environment violation to the government officials continues to violate Supreme Court law according to environment activist Rohit Choudhury who has annexed the copies made by the officials regarding violation of law.
