There was a strong participation of voters with 76.04% in Manipur’s final phase poll with much controlled situation with less violence and maintenance of COVID protocol in 22 constituencies spread across six districts.
Situation was stirred in otherwise Manipur polling peace process with erupt of violence in Karong Assembly at Ngamju polling station of Senapati district leading to halt in voting as security forces had to shoot two people.
