Meghalaya government to keep tap on to the problem of illegal infiltration has detected numerous migrants of Bangladesh origin in the state where about 16,400 were pushed back to Assam.
About numerous other detected Bangladeshis were captured and detained in cell while 72 have been deported to Bangladesh. According to Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui about thirty infiltration posts have installed to put a pause to illegal infiltrations.
