Its Diamond Jubilee and Tezpur , Assam Indian Air Force Station had geared up well to bring the velour of the Air warriors through air display where the Air Warrior Drill Team (AWDT) had taken the center stage to bring alive the special moment with its Air Force Band team on 22nd September at Church field from 4:30 p.m.
It is a great prestige for Tezpur Air Station renowned for fighter plane operation that was established way back on 29th September, 1959 to held their special moment the "Diamond Jubilee" celebration with dynamic presentation from the Air Warrior Drill Team which was introduced in 2004.
AWDT for the first time is to introduce exclusive drill with rifles and bayonets in this Air Force event that is to carry for month long. It is the most enthralling moment for all Tezpur people to be a part of this great occasion.
