Assam has set a sure inspiration for Northeast in quality performance where recently during Mumbai’s exhibition “A Journey from Quantity to Quality at Infocom India 2019” at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai bestowed quality honor to state’s NHM where JVN Subramanyam received the prestigious title.
NHM, Assam has been creating value added performance in Public Health Care with National standard norms where prior to Quantity the Quality norms count first. It was under Indian Public Health Standard (IPHS) this award function was carried with a new change in its norms where previously quantity was prioritized now the quality is the prime focus including gap analysis.
