CM Sonowal’s Successive Healthcare Development, Expects Soon End Of Previous Govt's Housing Schemes



During the tenure of Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal’s regime, active development progress has been witnessed in healthcare and institute sectors, now the BJP government eyes on completion of the unfinished ASHB projects left by the previous Congress government.

According to the Vice-Chairman of “Assam State Housing Board” (ASHB) the ruling BJP government has sanctioned money in crores for the extension and erection of proposed educational infrastructures including many new infrastructure development projects like Karam Bhavan in 750 tea estates, hi-tech Boginadi stadium, Archery Academy in Sonari, Football Academy in Rangapara and Tinsukia plus Dhakuakhona girls hostel and cultural centre.

But at the current phase the government’s main objective is to complete the unfinished under Housing Board Scheme projects within four months timeline of 2019 beginning before processing development infrastructures in unreached areas away from the city zones.

According to Dutta, the ASHB Vice-Chairman the initial financial slot from the government for new schemes implementation would be around 100 corers.
