Perilous Monsoon Ahead, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu Cautions People



Arunachal Pradesh monsoon weather havoc takes to retreat but swelling rivers’ current still a peril for the people in its surrounding as three IX students were swiftly driven to death on which alert Chief Minister Pema Khandu has directed for detail report on such incidences that could trigger similar causalities and asked everyone to remain cautious in the future.


The speeding current of river or small water outlets can pose danger to people if they don’t act cautiously CM Khandu warned after condolence of the deaths due to many drowning cases. The 27th July Wednesday drowning deaths of three JNV class IX students has alerted the Khandu government to seek more probe on such death to all the adjoining district administrations to ensure that they remain prepared with right measures to avert such occurrence in the future.



Making an effort personally on the survey of these drowning cases Pema Khandu even asked people’s assistance with security personnel to track any details of the missing students. Taking strictly into drowning causalities Khandu has set vigilance on duty by the river belt and directed school authorities including village heads to alert people to stay distance from river banks.
