Finally Assam’s NDRF Put An End To The Four Days Search Of The Missing Vehicle Set By Dikhow Current 20 Meters Far And 60 Feet Burial

It was quite an exhilarating experience for everyone in Sivasagar to recover the five members drowned vehicle from Dikhow river bed where it was NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) team who made an end to this tedious four days search attempt with the help of a big magnet.

There were many aced national defence teams who had came to Sivasagar district, Assam to rescue the missing vehicle of Guwahati businessman Haren Bora from the Dikhow riverbed. The challenging part of this entire episode of search operation is the unpredictable swift currents of Dikhow river, making difficult for divers to view underneath its muddy water and in making land to its surface. As the current of Dikhow is very potent enough to hurl back the divers from making a land.

The NDRF  search team who had abstained from the operation due to implementation of Sonar technology by Vishakhapatnam expert divers team had finally made success in today’s’ attempt on 5th September, Wednesday, 2018. Rescued vehicle Maruti Swift Dzire was found in tilted position with wheels up, before bringing it in the normal position on river bank.

The white Maruti’s back glass was completely smashed with upper hood also slightly smashed down. At least people’s prayers and determination of the defense forces finally gave in with successful result. It is a lesson learnt that how dangerous Dikhow riverbed could be from inside with powerful currents flowing in that drove away the drowned car to 20 meters far and buried in its surface 60 feet down.
