It was not just one
tragic death of the former Chief Minister Kalika Pul but untimely deaths of
Dorjee Khandu and Jarbom Gamlin are also connected with Arunachal Pradesh CM
Bungalow which have forced Pem Khandu to operate from his private residence.
The deputy chief
minister Chowna Mein has stated that conversion of the bungalow to a state
guest house to take place as per vastu and ritual observance to remove
negativism of fear and doubts.
This CM Bungalow of
2794.80 square meters at Niti Vihar area of the capital was built at 59.55
crore under PWD, urban development department and town planning department
ideation. During Nabam Tuki’s tenure in the same CM residence a Guwahati-based
Vaastu expert had inspected the entire area and had found certain flaws in its
lay-out. The new concept infrastructure will take over the previous building
within two to three months time for full operation.
