The All India Minorities Student’s Union (AAMSU) staged sit –in demonstration to seek justice for the landless people by demanding revive of their pattas and rehabilitation of the evicted families on account of human rights protection in the Dhubri district.
Apart from it AMMSU also stirred matters on immediate appointment of teachers in every school where a memorandum was submitted to the Assam Chief Minister via the Deputy Commissioner. Even demanded control on price hike as it causing adverse impact on middle and poor class people by AAMSU during sit –in demonstration.
