Futuristically looking into the needs to advance healthcare system in the state and ensuring neighboring states to look up to Assam as an ideal health destination the Association of the Robotic and Innovative Surgeons (ARIS) was launched by Industries and Commerce minister Chandra Mohan Patowary.
Expressed hope that the Assam government will improve healthcare infrastructure to be among the top ten healthcare tourism destinations in India such that neighboring states looks up to Guwahati as an ideal destination for advanced robotic technology treatment by Minister Patowary after launching ARIS.
