Bokakhat, Assam MLA Atul Bora Extended Public Support To Save Kazringa Park

Kazaringa Natonal Park is the strength of Assam due to its valuable and unique flora and fauna which is threatened due to natural calamity and poachers’ intensive attack which the Bokakhat MLA and Agriculture Minister Atul Bora feels that the government alone could not revive its beauty and secure it without local public’s intervention.


Atul Bora feels grateful for the extensive proactive approach of the local people to revive and retain the value of Kaziranga National Park which is undergoing intense threat mainly due to flood and erosion that are making the lives of the existent animals impossible.


On the latest move about 500 local people joined in the procession to Bokakhat with Rhino Tableau to create awareness on how to save the one horn rare animal and help extend its limited population where in this mission Eco Development Committees of Bokakhat joined with them. 


The procession group drove people’s attention to save the population of Rhino by singing prayers in local traditional naam format. In this fight for Kaziranga Rhino’s survival even multiple schools are to join in this noble mission through involvement in various awareness activities to save the pride of Assam.
