Tremendous continued heat nearing to 40 degree Celsius was burning out not only people on duty of Guwahati, Assam but seems to be burning out the leaves of fresh green leaves that is witnessed for the first time about sun’s ferocity here.
It seems spell of rain and wind had broken the curse of heat from Guwahati people who had underwent multiple heat related ailments especially sun strokes. But also escalation in water related business especially soft drinks business and tender coconut trade had been witnessed during this extreme phase in Guwahati.
Many city bus travelers stated, “It is like hell has opened its mouth in Guwahati, tormenting people with incredible burning sensation radiated from the sun standing brightly in the sky without any challenges from the cloud.”
