It is good that
BJP, Meghalaya has demanded for Fast Track Court in the state when women crime
has exceeded in India including northeast but how effectively fast is fast track
court?
Take the case of metro Delhi where in 2014 six fast-track
courts were installed but 1,374 fatal crime against women remained unnoticed.
It’s that true fast track court is highly effective but
without full power on lawyer’s safety how they can bring justice to the
injustice women? Somewhere we are making a sideline that power speaks. Now the
question is of majority of good in the society to bring justice and hope to the
injustice.

BJP senior leader stated, “If the Chief Minister Mukul Sangma fails to act in
setting up of the fast Track courts and also removal of HDR Lyngdoh from the
cabinet, the BJP shall take this apathy of the state Government strongly to the
people.” Is it that so easy to end matter with fast track court then Prime
Minister Modi would have brought justice to the mass molested women of
Bengalore.
We know we are living in a modern world but that does not
justifies we are safe and moving ahead humanity as growing crime against born
or unborn women has broken its past records. Only one thing is clear women and
good had learned to tame their fury against atrocities.
