Vishnu Katha
Recollecting Narada’s follow of
curse upon Nala Kubera and Manigreeva the son’s of demigod of wealth Kubera for
neglecting to pay their obeisance to the prime devotee of God Vishnu had to turn
into trees.
But before getting turned into Arujna
trees, Nal Kubera and Manigreeva begged for pardon to the great sage Narada who then consoled them saying that lord Vishnu will uplift the darkness fallen over them during his incarnation. How much time
it took for Nal Kubera and Manigreeva to get rid of Narda’s curse nobody knows
but it was only the hope they could rely.
So when lord Vishnu took
Krishna’s incarnation he released them from their curse by taking advantage of his mother Yashoda’s anger and deliberately made her to tie him to the wooden mortar or heavy rice pounding tool for creating menace in Gokul with Gopis.
Narda’s curse reflects that it
was just the alarm of Vishnu’s coming to bless mother earth from the pangs of
atrocities of demonic forces to revive pious lawful lifestyle among people who
have forgotten Dharma.
Moral is that be it Dwarpa or
Kali Yuga when people are under the influence of Maya, undergoes through papa
cycle or sin that turns our life to a curse
and it is by recalling Vishnu or the lord of all Godheads one can uplift from
its pang for a normal and peaceful living.
