To the previous
allege of mismanagement of report in NRC data system due to which people are on
a war path to claim their right to citizenship, the Assam government is in the
attempt to sort out immigrant issue through implementation of hi-tech device
for fast accuracy in citizenship identification process through the server generated
verified information from the virtually transferred on spot data by the field
investigation officer from Assam Police.
Once the
data of each residential individual are captured manually by the field officer
from each inspected villages of Assam,
later will be installed in the Biometrics device through external electronic device before digitally being
processed to the main headquarter for verification by satellite medium.
The Biometric device is designed to best suit even in scanning double claimer under
the same particular doc. The main verification process will conducted at
headquarter where the main server is positioned by analyzing on its existent
original data regarding to an individual land, property and residence proof.
It is due
to the lack of accuracy in the present stored data that had triggered fear,
distrust and furor in the public where
on to the existent frustration the new clause of the citizenship bill exploded more
anger and resentment towards the ruling party of India. If the NRC authority
fails to produce common database of the invalid citizens then the NRC matter would
turn out more complicated rather than to the settlement of the sixth clause.
