Retail business is fast fledgling in to remote corners of India
and boosting more entrepreneurs in Northeast to improve consumer inflow by
providing best experience to them where RAI (Retail Association of India) had
made the first move to collaborate with Meghalaya state to stage 2018’s Retail
Forum themed with “Collaboration and Customer Centricity: the way forward” at its Shillong Golf Club.
Concentrating on positive outcome result in sales and
services at retail outlet in Shillong the Meghalaya Minister for Health &
Family welfare A.L. Hek felt that CR Projects of Retailer’s Association of
India would definitely help widen more horizon to engage more aspirants in this
trade.
Pointing that exposure through such pivotal platform, people
into retail business can garner more profit and expand, Hek felt that hawkers
can sure be benefited if proper infrastructure is set for them apart from
providing quality shopping experience.
