has varied issues which need to be resolved on spot to help the state move
towards development in proper way and for effective output on this initiative
by the government it is necessary that officials of civil service interact
often with mass according to Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar.
Instead
of reporting issues of certain locality it is better to avoid matter from
pending by authorizing power on trusted official to act effectively to sort out
the problem. But beforehand the official need to be more interactive with the
community of varied regions to understand and act analytically to sort out
their issues effectively for state’s welfare development process as addressed by
Chief Minister Sarkar to (TCS) (Tripura Civil Service) officials on the
occasion of 24th biennial two-day conference on 12th Feb.
Setting
his own example Chief Minister Sarkar encouraged the TCS officials to shed off
their reluctance out of comfort zone to interact and understand how system
works and give it a better direction as he does it thrice a week to absorb
reality then they can at least start once in a week.
