The government isn't clear about the consequences on its decision to draw out minor criminal cases within six months to concentrate on bigger criminals with big crime but the figure of minor crimes is quite large and that would make the society insecure if criminals of this level are not act upon.
If the jail is fit in with big fish then it is true small fishes will dissolve and the number of cells. But is the Assam security force edged enough to minimize crime in more effective manner that the scenario of crime does not exist? There was once a Ram Rajya!
