India’s First State Without Internet For The Sake Of Exam

Assam public unconditionally had to support state government’s decision to remain offline as Grade III and Grade IV jobs appearing candidates go for exam on 21st August that India has ever witnessed vigilance of such strategy.

Many transaction and vital communication issued through internet in this digital world will the government realize what measure of loss made to the citizens though appreciate exemplary vigilance rule that should not have been beyond a limit.

Exam hour is such a period of time when candidates remain confined to a room without online  access then at such parameter when even their mobiles remain at 100 meters of distance is it sensible to take such a tough decision to keep a state offline?

Today every people are apps dependent as the world is digital o if any emergency occurs then they cannot request the government for help. A decision need to be taken responsibly as crucial factors matter.
