Configuring the figures of 2021 registered crime cases of about 11, 923 the following year 2022 comparatively had toned down to 48% of crime sequences with register of 6,236 cases on overall level of criminal act according to revealed data produced by the Guwahati Police Commissioner.
This nearly half percent strategic improvement in the downturn of crime rates in Assam’s metropolitan city from early 1st January to mid 31st July phase is quite an effort put forward by Guwahati police but the advancement in doing crime by the criminals will only be the biggest hurdle as crime tactics have hyped.
