Japanese delegates were present at this grand 2nd National Mime Festival held in Manipur where artists from all parts of the country were present.
KMTR was praised for bringing the art to the state at the four day Mime Festival held at Langthabal Complex situated in the outskirts of the state capital by the Union Minister of External Affairs and Education Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh.
