The small flyover construction near supermarket area of Dispur, Assam is creating massive problem to the people of the residential areas nearby it as they are fleeing from the area in the fear of facing sea of drain water due to human made blockades.
Few minutes heavy shower would pass by but after an hour or two a river of black dirty waters crowds the down areas of the supermarket adjoining areas unable to make outlet due to blockade made near the flyover construction as local people analyze.
In the name of development a government should not cost people's peace, leaving them homeless and worried. The government does not realize that they are putting thousands of people to sacrifice. Making citizens sacrifice their home, sleep and food in the name of insensitive development planning.
