It is in the urgency for fast response and service delivery system in health sector the Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Department has introduced digital version of HRMIS (Human Resources Management Information System) and payroll management system.
It is in the aim to strengthen public healthcare service delivery in Nagaland the World bank-aided Nagaland Health Project has initiated to give advance version of HRMIS system to digitize data recording of human resource activities like transfer, training and promotion.
