Freshly appointed as Union Ministry, Sarbababda has excelled to take charge as the ministries of Shipping, Ports, Waterways including Ayurveda, Unani, Yoga, Sowarigpa, Homeopathy and Siddha.
Under the expansion of Prime Minister Narendar Modi’s cabinet ministers some of the popular names of Northeast are like Kiren Riju from Arunachal Pradesh got selected as India’s Minister of Law and Justice, Tripura’s Pratima Bhaumick appointed as the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Assam, Dibrugarh’s Rameshwar Teli selected for Ministry of Labour and Employment including Petroleum and Natural Gas, Manipur’s Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Sing got selected for Ministry of Education and External Affairs.
