Assam Cancer institute features in the latest technology based Machine Tomotherapy.
Tomotherapy is one of the three bunkers of the new radiation therapy block erected by the Assam government.
Thus radiation therapy new cancer project was recently launched by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In this new cancer block at State Cancer Institute, Guwahati, Assam constitutes the state of the art linear accelerator.
