Tripura airport runway to extend land from border region of Bangladesh to which the state Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has forwarded a proposal with the central government to initiate formalities with border nation to grant their request.
Since Tripura is economically bridging a strong tie with Bangladesh to cater to the needs of neighboring country for growth and development. So the Tripura CM Deb has felt that the neighboring international community would not object to their request as both benefit meets in it if particular circumference is allotted from its districts attached to its MBB airport to enhance more flight operation with runaway extension for its futuristic airport development.
On behalf of Tripura and Bangladesh’s growing economic ties the Indian government is pressurized to forward the proposal for land allotment to the neighboring country for state’s airport development. Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has initiated this proposal to the central government to undertake the formal process to initiate talk on the behalf of the state to Bangladesh for allotment of piece of land of Brahmanbariya district of the neighboring country to extend its Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya (MBB) airport, Agartala for greater aircraft operation.
