Assam Police in Robinhood attempt, exposed as robbers when a Mizoram lady filed complaint against the four police men who on broad day light seized forcibly from her 20 Lakhs rupees on charges of fake print notes while she was away few kilometers from Vivanta Taj hotel, Guwahati where she had halted for few days.

Particularly it is the self style militant groups of the state who loots money on Robinhood concept to cater to the needs of the weak and poor. But in the wake of flood when financial help is in utmost need to secure the affected people many suspects such downfall act from the Assam Police team was attempted for the first time due to this reason.

Manob Choudhry a Guwahati resident who was shock by the whole affair as public’s security lies on Assam Police then why such an outrageous act should  be carried to defame the state security’s trust and marked, “Earlier during this year’s election such cases had occurred during the implementation of “flying squad” to seize vehicles carrying excessive money for fair poll game where the vigilance group out of greed had kept the money for oneself without informing the higher authority about illegal note seize report till a third party or the victim exposes.”

“Now these policemen caught in the trap are not professional criminals for the way they had robbed the Mizoram lady so foolishly that anyone can put them behind bars. 20 lakhs is not a small amount and there should be a reason for looting and this concept can be derived from Robinhood self style Assam militants. Whether it is for noble flood cause would be inaccurate to say as this matter entitled to higher investigation group of Assam Police to state. On general like any public this very doubt clicks on to the mind,” Manob Choudhury further added.
